For the fastest service, place a new order for the replacement item and return the original for a refund. Alternatively, you can return the item, and we’ll send out the replacement once we’ve received it. - Processing Time:
Exchanges typically take a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on return shipping times and any customization required.
